The Design Process: What To Expect

CONSULTATION:

This is the initial meeting where you will have the opportunity to tell us your hopes and dreams for your new remodeling project for any section of your home. Tell us how you want to improve the function and aesthetics of your old to new features you want to include. Feel free to bring to the meeting pictures you have clipped out of magazines or catalogs that will give us an idea of what you are hoping to achieve. If you have blueprints or a rough sketch of the existing project showing available wall space, doors, windows and ceiling height, please bring that as well for us to use as a basis for our preliminary qoute. We will explore with you the many possibilities of styles, colors and finishes available until you find the perfect look. Your consultation is free of charge.

DESIGN SERVICES

MS Contracting and Remodeling offers complete design and remodeling services from concept to completion. Our Designers and professional Interior Designers have the knowledge, dedication and expertise to take your ideas and dreams and translate them into a finished plan that will suit your lifestyle, taste and budget. They can assist you with layouts, space planning and selection of products to ensure the outcome is exactly as you envisioned. Our designers will oversee your entire project to include:

  • Meet with you to discuss your needs and desires

  • Prepare preliminary estimates based on this meeting.

  • Plan your space for efficiency, convenience, functionality and beauty

  • Assist in your selection of products for your project including, but not limited to, cabinetry, countertops and appliances.

  • Meet again with you to review the preliminary drawings and make revisions, if any
